My friend, whose name is Bess
Wears stilettos and a short dress.
That priggish Miss Coral
Says, “that girls immoral!”.
And she’s totally right about Bess!

Sunlight
The sun shines on my study wall.
I recall many a trip and fall.
Enjoy the sun’s light
‘Ere the ever-present night,
Covers all your delight
Of Sonnets and High-Heel Shoes
A young lady wearing only 1 high-heel shoe
Composed a fine sonnet at just gone 2.
As the clock struck 4,
She said “I truly adore
Writing sonnets, but where is my other shoe!”.

A young lady wearing only 1 high-heel shoe

As the clock struck 4,
I knocked on her door
And said, “miss, have you lost a shoe?.
The English Pub
I have stood
In many an English pub
Drinking beer
Both indifferent, and sometimes good.
Its queer
How people with nothing in common mingle
And those who go in single
A couple become

“That was fun”
And go their way
Or perhaps they are forever
Drawn together
As birds of a feather,

And how far
Some young women will go.
And the failings of radar
The Kindly Judge
An extremely kindly old high court judge
Is famous for not holding a grudge.
When he sentenced Miss Gale
To a spell in jail,
He gave her a box of fudge!
As I Strolled By A Crystal Clear Stream
As I strolled by a crystal clear stream
A young lady offered me strawberries and cream.
When I said, “why are you nude?”.
She said, “surely you are no prude!
Besides, you know this is only a dream!”.
Art and Sin
He sees the mind behind
Those stilettos,
And her so short clothes.
There is bliss
In her kiss
For him.
Seeing her heart
He ponders on art.
And what is sin.
