There once was a very lonely IT guy
Who fell in love with an AI.
It’s name being Fay
They married in May
In the cloud as it floated by.

Very clever.
Strangely, I’ve just been reading an article about AI!
I’m glad you like the poem, Vivienne. What was the article entitled? I’d be interested in taking a look as AI has always interested me. Thanks for commenting. Best wishes. Kevin
Oh, gosh, Kevin, I forget, but it was by Umair Haique ( I think that’s how it’s spelled) on Medium. I think it was about how we don’t need to fear it.
Thanks for the information, Vivienne. I’ll Google the article using the author’s name. Its always nice to be told that we don’t need to fear AI! I do have a Roomba (robot vacuum cleaner). I’ve owned it for many years but haven’t used it since I don’t know when. Its not as good as an old-fashioned vacuum, so I don’t think the lady who cleans my home once a week needs to fear for her job any time soon!
Good one. I have spent years feeling lonely in IT!
I love writing Limericks too.
Ah, you work in IT! I’m pleased you like my poem. Writing limericks is fun and I’m sure you enjoy composing them. Kevin
Limericks are great fun as they are quick and easy to write, as long as oyu can find words that rhyme. It’s a good diversion.
I agree. Its not always easy to find words that rhyme, but there is always half rhyme.
