I hope the workout was enjoyable, Michael. I must confess that I do a lot of walking. I am not, however a big fan of workouts. I have an exercise bike which is very handy for drying washing on! Kevin
Sounds great, Walking is better anyway. I’m a little behind my plan here. Therefore, a planned workout is a good idea.
