There was a young lady named Pam
Who liked to gorge on boiled ham.
When they said, “you’re a pig!”,
She would chew on her wig
As she rolled in marmalade and jam!

I’m unsure of ham with marmalade and jam.
But I like pigs, and not only to eat.
I understand that pigs can be friendly and make good pets. Although the fact that they took over in Orwell’s Animal Farm makes me a little nervous …
They are reputed to be very intelligent, too.
Yes, I’ve also heard that pigs are very intelligent animals.
