      How did you know that Vivienne! He did return to that place which rivals Venice in it’s splender, namely Croydon!

         Of course I recognise the similarity between Croydon and Venice, Kevin. I visited Venice some years ago, and taught in Croydon for 18 years, so have experience of both those wonderful cities.

      I have never been to Venice, Vivienne. But I have lived in the Upper Norwood area since 1997 which is, as you know, not far from Croydon. So it is a small world in which we live. The fact that you taught in Croydon for 18 years I mean.
