Came via the Lucy post. Sorrow in everything we see when the marks, though faded, are raw again Writing out helps take away some pain. Time takes away the tenderness, it’s trite but true.
(Long ago we had a Lab pup, chewed through my leather jacket AND the arm of the sofa it was draped over. Bitch!)
