I heard the birds
This evening, in the park,
As it was growing dark.
And pondered on what
Will happen, when they stop.
But tonight I have time
To rhyme,
For my internal clock
Has yet to stop.
I heard the birds
This evening, in the park,
As it was growing dark.
And pondered on what
Will happen, when they stop.
But tonight I have time
To rhyme,
For my internal clock
Has yet to stop.
Ah, Kevin. Beautiful. You are a wizard. I hope you are feeling well.

Thank you, Gabriela. I’m pleased you enjoyed my poem. I am, I think almost fully recovered, and allowed myself a beer this evening. Hope all good with you? All the best, Kevin
I really enjoyed the poem and I am thrilled you are well. Cheers 🤗

Thank you Gabriela. You also, take good care of yourself. Its a dark time, but at least we have rhyme to lighten the darkness. Kevin
Thank you Kevin. That’s so true.
I love this one Kevin, lets hope the birds keep singing….
