An interesting piece in “The Guardian” concerning a dispute about the copyrighting of the phrase “100% that Bitch”.
I must confess to being unfamiliar with the work of either of the artists involved in this dispute (Mina Lioness and Lizzo), but perhaps some of my younger readers are.

Trademark a Phrase…humm….The other year we had a furore over the word COCKY and now the French are having fits with the names of Cheese like FETA….they already trademarked Champagne…apparently. Whatever next
