I love “Mill on the Floss.” by George Eliot!
Thank you for your comment. I have read her “Middlemarch”, but not “The Mill on the Floss”, although the latter novel is certainly on my reading list. Many books have influenced me, among them J. S. Mill’s “On Liberty” of 1859.
