Amazon Says Fake Review Sites Tarnish Their Brand

April 9, 2015 – Amazon.com has filed four separate lawsuits against websites that sell fake product and book reviews. The Seattle-based mega retailer alleges that

Buyamazonreviews.com, Bayreviews.com, BuyReviewsNow.com and BuyAzonReviews.com are guilty of trademark violations, unfair competition and deceptive acts, and is seeking restitution. The sites charge between $80 to $100 per review, and even offer verified review packages whereby sellers provide a gift code to the “reviewer”.
