      Hi Tess,

      I am really sorry you had problems accessing the Youtube clip of my poem, Birds. I haven’t placed any restrictions on who can access my Youtube channel either in terms of juristiction or anything else. Can you please let me know what message you are receiving and I will look into what is happening? Are you in the USA? I think other people from the US have been able to access the channel without any difficulties.

        I am in Canada. As well I get:
        An error occurred. Please try again.
        Sometimes there are too many users, I’m told. or a problem with the video player. I have already accessed a couple videos previously this morning. It says to try again in 30 minutes.

        Thanks Tess. If you have the time would you mind trying it one more time as, from what you say it may be a problem with Youtube in general rather than a difficult with the specific video. If you are still having the problem I will seek advice from Youtube.

        Kevin, I just tried again. This same thing has happened other times as well. When YouTube screen comes up, usually in the bottom left-hand corner you see the length of the video. In this case it’s zero out of zero for time, like it was empty. I’ve watched two other videos today without a problem.
